radiator fan

I recently replaced my radiator fan, and now it runs way too loud. Any idea what I can do to quiet it?

Yes, if it is not a OEM unit will make noise because of the fan blade configuration. Can you take a quick video of the noise and upload it here so I can hear to confirm?
