Radiator fan

My radiator fan has two speeds. High speed is not working. The fan itself works (both low and high speed when twelve volts is applied directly).
High speed does not work when A/C is turned on.

Low speed works normally.
Already replaced fan control module, checked fuses.

we have no info on this car as It is not sold in US, but check for fan relays in under hood fuse box or wherever your relay box is. a lot of times they have two or three relays for this. it should be marked in the box.
