After replacing the radiator fan dash lights turned on and speedometer stopped working?

I just changed the radiator fan and now most of the dash lights are on and speedometer stopped working. what would cause that? My alternator isn't working apparently, would it cause that?

Yes, the alternator can cause all kinds of change problems, so I would change that out also I would check the grounds in the cooling fan area to see if any were left off. Next, I would check the fuses with the systems on.
