Radiator cooling fan is not turning on, I replaced the relay and fuses and thermostat. I haven't checked the sensor for the cooling fan yet however, there are no service lights coming on and no smoke coming out of my exhaust. Which I understand are some of the symptoms of a sensor failing. Any ideas what it could be?

I would check the fan motor power fuses # 48 and the fusible links # P,Q and A first but I have seen the IPDM go out causing the fan not to work. To be sure let's run a CAN scan which you can do by following this guide and video, it is not difficult to do. Here are the cooling fan wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works with the IPDM replacement instructions in case this is the problem. This guide will help you check the fuses with the fuse location in the diagrams below as well:

Check out the diagrams (Below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
