Radiator cooling fan does not work on low or when the A/C is first turned on?

Fan works on low when A/C is on. Only works when engine temperature passes the center or high temperature reading on gauge. Also, the A/C gets warm unless the car is moving or after fan comes on high and stays on. Moved black relay fuses to test the same issue. A couple of times the fan just stayed on and had to unplug the 80-amp fuse and wait before putting it back on or fan would continue on high.

Correction fan does not work on low or when the A/C is first tuned on. Only after engine temperature passes the halfway point.

The first thing I would do is change out the cooling fan motor-module, and if that is not helping the engine coolant temperature sensor. Here are the cooling fan wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works and the sensor location and how to change out the fan module as well. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.
