I purchased a US-used 2003 Honda Civic hybrid in January 2019 (weeks ago).
I have so far added 800 miles to the mileage, but i have tqo challenges.
Now, the radiator fan would not work except i manually turn it. I visited my car electrician last we and he recommended that i changed it. I did so on Sunday and to my greatest surprise, the issue didn't improve. i still have to manually turn the fan before it picks up.
Secondly, recently, my A/C doesn't not work in the morning until i rev the car and my rpm is normal (1000). Also, when I am in a serious move and stop traffic, each time i rev to move, my A/C makes the tick sound (meaning the compressor is working) and the moment i apply the brakes, it goes off. this happens repeatedly until i leave the traffic and the compressor works normally.
To add, the car electrician did a direct connection from the relay box of the to the 12 volt battery head and the A/C worked fine. It worked independent of my revs. But now that he has restored the connection, the problem has continued.
Kindly advise.
