Here are the directions for removing and installing the radiator. The attached picture correlates with these directions.

Removing and Installing Radiator
1 Remove electric fan
DANGER:
- Risk of injury to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant.
- Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 degrees C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage bottles.
- Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and eye protection.
2 Drain coolant
3 Take off coolant line radiator -> Coolant pump (1) at radiator (2)
- Use a screwdriver to push back clamp (3) until it locks in place.
NOTE: Installation: Replace O-ring (4) of coolant line radiator-> Coolant pump (1).
4 Take off coolant line radiator -> thermostat housing (5) at radiator (2)
- Use a screwdriver to push back clamp (6) until it locks in place.
NOTE: Installation: Replace O-ring (7) of coolant line radiator -> thermostat housing (5)
5 Detach bracket (8) of ATF lines (9, 10)
- Only on models fitted with transmission 722.6.
6 Detach ATF lines (9, 10) at radiator (2)
- Only on models fitted with transmission 722.6.
NOTE: Installation: Check clamps (11), replace if necessary. Replace O-rings of ATF lines (9, 10).
7 Press ATF line (10) out of bracket (12)
- Only on models fitted with transmission 722.6.
8 Push back clamps (13) at radiator (2) on right and left
- Pull up condenser (14) forward at the top for this step and release at the bottom.
NOTE: Installation: Ensure that the condenser (14) is located at the bottom in the brackets (15) on the right and left; at the same time the clamps (13) must be locked in place.
9 Lift radiator (2) up and out
NOTE: Installation: When installing, ensure that the studs of the radiator at the bottom are located in the rubber mounts.
10 Install in the reverse order
11 Inspect cooling system for leaks
DANGER:
- Risk of accident from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury as working around the engine during start-up or while running may result in contusions and burns
- Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving off by itself.
- Wear closed and close-fitting work clothes.
- Do not grasp hot or rotating parts.
12 Check oil level in automatic transmission and correct if necessary.
- Only with transmission 722.6.
13 Run engine and inspect for leaks.
