radiator adapter

bought a radiator but the transmission cooling line is threaded and i need the push in kind. do i need to get another radiator or is there an adaptor?

Hello,

Ideally you want to have the same fittings and style on the replacement radiator. Otherwise, you will have to change the existing line connectors.
So yes, getting a radiator that has the correct style fitting would be the best option.

Check in the box the radiator came in, usually they include the push connect adaptors if you might need them. Also check the original radiator, I've had a 50/50 shot of the original having adapters depending on build dates.
