Hello,

Typically you will hear gurgling/bubbling noise when there is air in the cooling system.
Some times the engine can make that noise when it overheats.

Can you see where the leak is coming from?
You can have a leak from the radiator, hoses, water pump etc.

Is the Engine overheating?

Please let me know what you are observing.
Thank you.
