radeator water is not runnig its bilding up preasure.

i changed water pump thermostat new radiator senser to radiator. and the car is still making pressure. but the water is not flowing?

Did you bleed the air from the system after replacing those parts? If you did not, you can expect overheating. If you did, the first thing is to have a chemical test performed to check for a leaking cylinder head gasket. That involves drawing air from the radiator through a glass cylinder with two chambers partially-filled with a special dark blue liquid. If combustion gases are present, the liquid will turn bright yellow. Those gases can pool under the thermostat and will prevent it from opening. Thermostats have to be hit with hot liquid to open. Hot air won't do it.
