After having the rack and pinion replaced it started making noises?

No problem, and thank you for the videos, it helps. It sounds like the problem is your struts or strut mounts. I would take the car in ASAP. Here is what may need to be done to fix the car. Also, have them check the sway bar links and frame mounts as well. Please let me know what they say and how much they are charging you so I can make sure they are not overcharging you.
