Replacing rack and pinion. How to remove old and how to flush and fill new unit?

Hello,

I start by flushing the system first. This will get all of the old fluid out so you don't contaminate the new rack.

You will need to jack the car up

Make sure you use a line wrench

and to undo the tie rod ends

Diagrams on how to do the job are below. You will need an alignment when done.
