Hello,

This is probably a problem with your In Car Entertainment(ICE) head unit. In the diagrams below I have included a step diagnostic checklist to determine what the problem is and how to fix it. Get back to us when you find out what it is, and let us know what you did to fix it.

Thanks,
Alex

Hello again,

ICE head unit is jaguars name for their stereo. It stands for In Car Entertainment (ICE) head unit. Head unit is a technical name for a car stereo. Let us know what you find out from your troubleshooting flowchart, or if we can help in any other way.

Thanks,
Alex
