Quest module on truck dashboard

I just purchased the vehicle listed above used. There is a Quest module of some type cut into the instrument panel. I have no idea what its function is. It does have digital numbers when you press the buttons. Do you have any idea what its function is?

The picture is dark and hard to see but it looks like a electric trailer brake controller.

Yep, Quest proportional brake control. Made by Husky. The numbers are the braking force, you set them based on the load you are towing.
