When towing a tailer last week, i had a complete power failure when driving down the road. i tried to restart vehicle, but noticed the service light came on and the mileage showed "-------.-"
I checked fuses, cranked again, nothing. I unhooked trailer, and the Odo lit up with correct mileage and truck started. i had received no warning lits prior to this happening.

IF THIS SAME SCENARIO HAS NEVER BEEN A PROBLEM IN HE PAST

A FULL SYSTEM TEST OF YOUR BATTERY AND ALTERNATOR WOULD PROBABLY BE THE 1ST THING I'D DO.......MANY POPULAR AUTO PARTS STORES CAN DO THESE TESTS "ON VEHICLE".....THIS IS USUALLY A FREE SERVICE

10 MINUTES TOPS!
