I checked fuses, cranked again, nothing. I unhooked trailer, and the Odo lit up with correct mileage and truck started. I had received no warning lits prior to this happening.

When towing a tailer last week, I had a complete power failure when driving down the road. I tried to restart vehicle, but noticed the service light came on and the mileage showed ".-"
