remove front cover see pic drop oil pan down then remove bolt for camshaft remove chain,gear, and crank gear-a puller will be needed. reverse for install torque for camshaft bolt is 40-45 ft. lbs. align new gear and chain like picture. you will need a puller for harmonic balancer
