I put ten liters of Adblue in my unleaded tank. My car broke down we did not know why at the time until a few days later went back to fuel station and realized what I had just done.
Then my partner knowing that has gone and added forty liters regular unleaded on top and a bottle of tank and injector cleaner on top. Trying to fix it.
My car still will not start. Do you think I have ruined it? Please just give an honest opinion. Please I am devastated.

You would need to have the fuel tank dropped, drained, and clean. Clear out the fuel lines. Replace the fuel filter if you have an external filter, and then install tank and add fuel. It may take a few crank attempts before it starts, but it is what you will need to start with.
