The push rod should just pull out. I attached the removal procedure below from the manual for the master cylinder and then the push rod is adjustable. See that procedure as well below.
Lastly if the push rod is seized then you are going to have to replace the master anyway but there is a snap ring in the end of it that you can remove that you may be able to get the entire piston assembly out with the push rod.
