How to replace the Purge valve Canister?

Need to know how to and what's needed in order to replace. It's not my vehicle, it's a friend of mine. Needs it replaced in order to drive it since she just lost her place she was staying at.

If you mean the canister purge valve, it is under the engine cover on top of the throttle body at the back of the engine. Remove the two clamps and the electrical connector and the valve comes out of the bracket. Reverse that process to replace it.
Now if you mean the vent valve or the canister itself, both of those are under the car below the spare tire well. The vent valve is part of the leak detection pump.
