HELLO , so my vehicle will not start after refueling, I have to rev the engine. it even dies out a couple times if I do not rev enough and start driving quick enough. AS well I have had the tank over flow when fueling sometimes! What I have read it the purge valve is probably causing the starting problems and the vent valve is causing the fueling problems ! I have booked an appointment to get my purge valve changed based on this. Do you think that is most likely the problem ?

this can be anything if you were very low on fuel when you filled up then it may have locked up the fuel pump. then worked but with low pressure. the will find it when they look at it.

I would agree that it is the purge solenoid and vent valve for the problems you are having
