Pulling problem

The can not pull. It only goes in gear one. Can not pull forward and in reverse it gives a pop sound. This the A160 model.

Get the transmission tested by a qualified trans tech, this is sounding like a failure in the transmission, you can get a code reader that works on your car to check for any electrical problems, but I do feel that it will require major work.
