This can't be diagnosed over a computer. The steering and suspension systems should have been inspected as part of the alignment procedure. In particular, worn control arm bushings will allow the alignment to change during braking and accelerating. An intermittent brake pull that occurs when the brakes get hot can be caused by rotors that are a different thickness. Also consider a tire pull. To identify that, switch the two front tires side-to-side. If that's the cause, the pull will be gone or go the other way.
