What is the name of the pulley next to the air conditioner pulley?

I'm just curious what the name of the pulley is next to the air conditioner pulley. It's wobbly and I need to replace it. I have circled it in the picture.

Hi,

That is an idler pulley. Basically, it does nothing more than direct the belt in a needed direction. In this case, the positioning causes an increase in the belt to pulley surface area for the compressor. I attached a pic below and highlighted the pulley I believe you are referring to. If that is incorrect, let me know.
