Puddle liquid under throttle body?

Took off throttle body for cleaning. And brown liquid is under the throttle body. Very thin liquid coating all sides and deep puddle inside.

That looks like engine oil, can you please check the inside of the intel tube to see if there is oil inside tat as well? If so, it looks like the turbo has gone out and needs replacement and to confirm the issue you can check the turbo main shaft endplay. Here is a guide that will help, and I have included how to change the turbo out in the images below.
