Hi.I have an intermittent problem with a proton gen2, sometimes when I turn the ignition on, I get no engine management light on dash and vehicle will not crank over, after a few minutes the light will come on and vehicle starts and drives fine. We do not have any information for your vehicle so I do not have the exact data.

When MIL does not come on, it can mean the EFI main relay is bad and in your case is intermittent. Try swapping the relays to see if it makes any difference.
