How to programming keys?

how to program existing key and new keys without the Tech 2 apparatus.

Sorry but if you only have one key or no current keys they cannot be programmed without either a scan tool or a key programming tool. That would mean either a dealer or an automotive locksmith who does programming. If you had two working keys you could add a third but without that you need the tools to allow the system to read the new keys.
