Is there a way to program our two new transponder keys with out a scanner?

Hi,

Here is a portion of what my manual indicates:

Vehicle Accessories and Optional Equipment Anti-theft and Alarm Systems Testing and Inspection Programming and Relearning Key Programming Using Two Programmed Keys Using Two Programmed Keys

Key programming using two programmed keys

Note:

- This procedure only works if two or more programmed ignition keys are available and it is desired to program additional key(s). If two keys are not available, refer to Key Programming Using Diagnostic Equipment.

No, I don't have two original keys just the new un-programmed keys.

I had a feeling. I hate to say it, but it will require scan tool programming. I wish I had a better answer.
