I tried to program new remotes.

Insert key from on position to right before start 4 times.

Locks should cycle, up=down,
Locks don't cycle.

After each program, remove key repeat above steps again.

Locks purchased on Amazon,

Hello,

It probably isn't working because there are eight different programming methods for Ford vehicles. In the diagrams down below I have included all of the programming methods for Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury vehicles. Please go through the factory guide and get back to us with how everything turns out.
