Ignition housing wiring diagram needed

I lost my keys to my vehicle. I bought a new ignition cylinder; I need a diagram of the ignition housing. Someone tore it apart and they must of took the housing apart because when I insert the new cylinder it's like there's gears missing on the inside that connect it to the ignition switch because it just moved freely. I found a sleeve thing that the cylinder fits into laying on the floor. It looks like that's what he needs to make it work but I don't know how to take the ignition housing apart to put the part back in.

The lock cylinder does go into a housing that attaches to the column.

I have attached the ignition lock cylinder, lock cylinder housing and the switch diagrams and replacement procedures below.

What size are the torque screws on 2004 ignition cylinder housing?

I believe they are TX25.
