Problems starting

It started with when I fill the tank, it would run, but when you turn off, it will not restart until after approximately two hours. On half or less tank, starts and runs fine. Does not get hot at all. I replaced the fuel filter, put on computer. Code was camshaft sensor, replaced that. It started then after sitting overnight, will not start at all. It spins, not even trying to turn over. Still not starting.
