My car backfires, stalls, slow down when going up a hill. I do not know what to do. I have changed the plugs and plug wires.

Hello,

It sounds like you have a fuel pump going out but to be sure lets run this test to confirm the failure. Please follow this guide.

Please run down this guide and report back

Cheers, Ken
