Problem with oil...

when i opened the engine, oil has set as foams and thick... why thats happend?

The oil is being aerated, first flush and drain oil and change filter, then run and check oil pressure with a mechanical gauge, if ok, re check for aeration and if it is you may have a small crack in the oil pick up tube sucking air into the oil pump.

I had the same problem and found out that it was the oil cooler that was rusted between the 2 water pipes so the oil preasured back into the water bottle
