I just put a new crate motor in a 2000 Chevy Tahoe. 350 5.7l. won't start smells of fuel really bad. And a bad crank shaft positioning sensor. I can replace that. Why would it smell of fuel so bad?

How long has the truck been sitting? You may have a tank of bad gas that will need to be flushed out or drained and new fuel put back in it.

Here is a video to help show you how:

and this video will show you how to install a new crankshaft sensor.

P0336 Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit.
P0339 Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Intermittent.

So these engines have two different reluctor rings 24x or 58x you must have the correct one for the PCM.

My 2000 Chevy Tahoe. Just put new crate motor in. It's throwing a p0336 and p0339 code. How can I fix. Also need a ground wire pdf. I think that may be the cause. Or to much voltage.

Sure, here are the ground wiring diagrams and locations, did you look into the reluctor wheel? Also check the electrical connector at the sensor.
