Problem in morning wen warming up car

I have 2 important question I want to ask I have a b20 vtec first one is every time I warm my car on morning the car turns off and have to turn it on again for it to start good. Eather I have to press the gas for it no to turn off if not it makes a noise like brum brum n slows n brum n turns off this happens every time I turn it on every morning .. Once I start driving it on first gear it goes to a normal speed then brings my speed down then out of no where it goes to faster speed like if it gets stuck then goes fast it usually happens on first gear. If you can help me with this problem I'll appreciate it thank u.
