PRNDL light went out, dark in car

Want to know how to change bulb.

Hi,

Here are the steps:

1. Set parking brake and move shifter to L.
2. Slide the front seats forward.
3. From the rear unscrew the screws on either side of the console.
4. Pull the back of the console up and over the parking brake handle and gear shift.
5. In front of parking brake unscrew the two screws holding in the frame.
6. Pull the cup holder inserts out.
7. Pull out retainers on either side of the console in the front under the dash.
8. pull up and back on the front console.
9. Under the shifter, follow the two wires up to locate the bulb.
10. Twist the bulb to remove and replace it.
11. Reverse the process to reassemble.
