Welcome to 2CarPros.

Just to be clear, I am providing pressure produced by the fuel pump in the fuel tank. There are no external in line pumps unless someone has modified the vehicle.

Here are the specs:

1995 Ford Truck Explorer 2WD V6-245 4.0L
Pressure, Vacuum and Temperature
Vehicle Powertrain Management Fuel Delivery and Air Induction Fuel Pump Fuel Pressure Specifications Pressure, Vacuum and Temperature
PRESSURE, VACUUM AND TEMPERATURE

Key On Engine Off 35 - 45 psi
Key On Engine Running 30 - 40 psi

Let me know if this helps or if you have other questions.

Take care,
Joe
