Pressure at oil fill?

Engine has 91,000 miles on it. Took to dealership for oil consumption. They replaced the engine with a remanufactured engine. When I take off the oil cap I can feel quite a bit of pressure coming out. Same thing at the dipstick. Shouldn't there be a little bit of a vacuum? They are telling me it's normal. But everything I've researched and have been told is it's not normal. There's a 100,000-mile warranty on this engine and I don't want to give them an excuse to not warranty it.

How does the engine seem to run? There is a brake in period for the engine in which you may have some internal pressure, if you can upload a short video of what you are seeing I can tell for sure if the engine is having an issue. Also is there a check engine light on? How many miles does this engine have on it?

The new engine has less than 500 miles on it. I was just worried that they may not have cleaned the PCV that's built into the intake manifold. They are notorious for plugging up and causing the oil consumption and blowing out rear seal. Just didn't want to look dumb and be complaining about nothing.

I do have a p0420 code but I'm pretty sure that it has nothing to do with the remanufactured engine. It runs fine.

Yep I see the video, (thank you) they do take a while to upload, The blow-by looks normal to me but you are right it could be a clogged PCV system, but if the engine came with a valve cover then the PCV system is new and you should be okay. Please start a new question for the p0420 code so we can help you fix that as well.
