Driver side power window once in awhile will not work you slam the door or smack the door panel and it will work again. Now the right side front window power window does not work at all

This is the classic symptom of broken wires between the door hinges.

On the passenger side there is one black wire where the casing is split but the wire is still intact

A broken wire looks like it was cut. Multiple wires can also become frayed, with many strands hanging out. If those strands touch, a fuse can blow, or, in the case of power windows, an auto-resetting circuit breaker will trip. If you found a wire on the passenger side that has cracked insulation, it's a good bet there will be broken wires on the driver's side. That door gets opened more often, so the wires flex more.

The wires are likely broken in the flex area between the door and the A-Pillar. You remove the door panel and the drivers kick panel trim. There will be a harness connection there. Look at the window switch wire colors and find those in the connector. Then use an ohm meter or powered test light to check each wire as you move and flex the wires. Pull on them as well because if they break without the insulation failing the insulation will pull and look like an hourglass where the conductor is broken inside.
