Power Windows. The window goes down a few inches then stops and makes a clicking noise. I can push down on window then it goes down a little bit, then does the same thing. Can get it back up if I pull on window. What is the cause? Thanks for your help.

Hello,

This is super common when the window regulator goes out because it is gear driven, we replace these all the time, here is how the job is done which you will need to remove the door panel to access the regulator. You can get a new one on Amazon, check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with.

Thanks so much. Front left window is the one that clicks. The left rear doesn't go down at all press button rear window, just makes same noise. Just regulator and motor for front at rockauto and amazon. Does front regulator work for rear window?
