Hello,

This could be a problem with your vehicle's window switch. These switches have contacts in them that need to make contact in order to complete the circuit need to roll them up or down. When the contacts get worn out, then the switch fails and the window won't roll up or down.
I have included in the diagrams down below and troubleshooting guide for testing your vehicle's drivers side window switch. You will need to use a multi-meter set in the Ohms position to go through this guide, so I have included a link below for you if you are not familiar with how to use one.

Please go through these guides and get back to us with what you are able to find out.

Thanks,
Alex
