Will not start?

With either door open and the key on my interior lights are flashing and I am getting a clicking noise from the fuse box every time the lights flash, I tried starting my truck and nothing.

Please start a new question for the window issue, it sounds like you have a dead battery or a bad connection at the battery, I would use this guide to see if this is the problem:
