Power window relay

Power windows don't work. Fuses checked fine. Can't find power window relay. Is it located on top of fuse box. I see three black relays on top and don't know which one it is. I'm looking thru where small compartment is located on left side of steering wheel.

How do you test the relays to see if they work

go to electrical onour site and look for how to test a relay it tells you there.
