Power window radio and power lock do not unlock

Power window and radio do not work when car is running but when turn key on but do not start radio and power window work can the problem be relay igniton switch or wiring and power lock do not unlock

Start the engine, check for voltage at power window circuit breaker. Use a testlight.
Sometimes if circuit breaker gets hot for some reason, it will trip and none of the windows will work until it cools.
