Drivers side power window goes down okay, but goes up slow. The colder it is the slower it goes. Trying to determine if it is the window regulator, motor or switch.

If it goes both directions when you move the switch either way the switch is OK. Slow windows are usually caused by rusty/corroded/sticky window regulator guides or a failing motor.

To get at the problem areas you would need to remove the door panel, inner water shield and lube the regulator to see if the condition improves.
