I recently replace my interior door handle on my truck. Once I got everything put back on the left side of my window will not roll down and looks like it is catching on something. I looked inside the door to see if I could see anything but I can’t find what it could be catching on. Any ideas?

Hi,

Do you have power or manual windows? Also, does the window move at all? If it does, does it tilt when moving before it stops?

Let me know.

Power windows and yes it moves and tilts before stopping. The right side goes further in than the left side.

It sounds like either it is off track or the regulator is damaged. If you loosened any of the nuts on the door when you had the panel off, you may have taken the equalizer out of adjustment.

I'm going to provide the directions for replacing the glass. It includes the regulator, adjustment, and so on. Take a look through it. Pay most attention to the equalizer bracket nuts and make sure the regulator motor is tight.

You are not replacing the window, but these are the only directions I have that provide what I feel is needed. The attached pics correlate with the directions.
