power window control and steering wheel control

Master power window control and steering wheel tilt are intermittent.

Sounds like a broken wire in the class 2 data bus, probably in the flex area between the door and the body. It does not carry the signal when open so the windows and steering do not adjust. The door module is what tells the BCM what to do with both of those items.
