My 1999 Buick century 3.1 v6 power window and radio do not work when car is running and power door lock do not unlock can the problem be body control module ignition switch or wiring

The only thing on that list that works with the BCM are the power door locks. The BCM plays no part in the Window or radio circuits.
Someone is just going to have to systematically follow a wiring diagram on one of the circuits and see where it takes you.
