Someone started taking out fuses and relays, now the Power window, interior lights and the sunroof do not work?

Someone started taking out fuses and relays. Now windows or inside lights or sunroof do not work. Where are the fuses and relay?

the fuses and relays are located in two primary fuse boxes: one inside the passenger compartment and another in the engine compartment.

I've replaced all fuses , is what relay is it, and what box is it in.
