I have replaced ignition module , cap rotor, wires and coil. All the fuses look good. I ran the test listed in the shop manual and all power is to the coil. However no matter what I do there is no power (spark) coming from the coil. Is there anything else I can try or test? I have been at this for a month now. any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to 2CarPros.

Because of the model year, my technical info is very limited. However, I know there is a crankshaft position sensor on the vehicle. Have you checked that? Here is some info related to this type of sensor. Take a look.

Also, you indicated the engine size as a 4.2L V6. They made a V6, but the 4.2 is a V8/ Please let me know.
